Cancellation and Return

Megha Mountain Organics has a strict policy when it comes to cancellation and refund of orders. We do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is delivered. However, if there has been a mistake from our end, we can provide a replacement. The replacement will be subject to the following conditions:

• Claim must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the order.

• Adequate proof must be provided while submitting the claim.

 

Refunds can be initiated under the following circumstances:

• If the product is unavailable and payment has already been made.

• If the product was damaged/lost in transit (with adequate proof).

• Claim must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the order.

 

Please note that Megha Mountain Organics reserves the right to approve or reject a refund request at our own discretion.

 

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund the full amount to your account. If your order is cancelled after the payment is made, the said amount will be reversed to your account within 4-5 working days.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your credit card account within 4-5 working days.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders which do not meet the criteria mentioned below:

• Non-availability of the product or quantities ordered

• Errors in pricing information

• Insufficient order information

• Non-confirmation of receipt of the product purchased
